This 1440 sq ft, 2 bedroom, and 2 bathroom will provide you and your guests everything you'll need for a relaxing and stress-free monthly stay. ‘Uncorked on Hayes’ is within walking distance to downtown Murrieta and can comfortably sleeps 5 guests. The 2.5-acre property is located behind a private code entry gate and surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds. Uncorked on Hayes has a smaller fence around the immediate home, perfect to keep your little fur babies a place to enjoy the beautiful Murrieta weather. Down behind the home, is a large grass field shared only by one other family. Plan a picnic or take a morning stroll with a cup of complimentary coffee in hand. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and tea kettle for your use as well. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen bed. We also have a twin rollaway available in a closet. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Towels & hotel-style accommodations are provided. Monthly cleans are available upon request. This home includes up to $250 worth of utilities monthly, any additional cost is the responsibility of the guest. This home does allow dogs with an additional fee of $200/dog/month.
