• Security Cameras are located outside the home, please do not cover them as they are required for the safety of those on the property, as well as for liability purposes. 
• Decibel readers are located in and outside of the home, these help monitor the noise at the property to be sure that our neighbors get a good night’s rest.
•  We are delighted to offer you the amenity of a jacuzzi. Please enjoy them between the hours of 7 am and 9:45 pm.
• The jacuzzi are professionally serviced every Tuesday, so please do not put any chemicals in the jacuzzi.
• For everyone’s safety, we ask that you keep all glass away from the jacuzzi area.
•  If you used the jacuzzi during your stay, please be sure to shut if off when you are done.
• We love pets! Unfortunately, due to the severe allergies of family members, we are unable to host your furry family members.
• We understand that accidents happen sometimes. If anything becomes damaged or broken during your stay, please let the management company know as soon as you can. There’s no need to replace it yourself – they’ll be happy to take care of everything. 
•  We appreciate the peaceful quality of our neighborhood and neighbors. One of the things that makes it so great is that everyone, including guests, respect the quiet hours of 9:45 pm to 7 am. We’re confident that you’ll appreciate getting a good night’s sleep, too (not to mention no noise citations from San Diego County). 
  • $250 fee will be charged to the guest if loitering outside and/or outside noise is detected over 50 decibels during quiet hours and/or inside monitor exceed 70 decibels during quiet hours. $50 fee will be charged to the guest per each phone call after guest has been warned the first time.
  • $600 fee will be charged to the guest if a Barefoot Vacation Rentals employee or security guard must arrive at the property due to not being able to reach the guest and/or noise does not digress within 15 minutes.
  • $1500 fee, cancelation of reservation and removal from property with no refund will be charged to the guest, if the police are called during your stay due to noise, unorderly conduct and/or disruption of peace.
  • An additional $1500 fee will be charged if the county is notified and/or code enforcement is called due to a valid complaint made by neighbors. 
•  While we would like to welcome friendly get-togethers at the house, we are restricted by law and insurance requirements to only the maximum number of people our home accommodates: 20 guests. We are happy to recommend options for great event venues and additional accommodations around Fallbrook– just ask!
• Our property as ample space for parking, easily fitting 10-12 cars.
• For the health and safety of all our guests, our home and property are 100% smoke-free.
• Please feel free to use the grill located on the back patio, we just ask that when you are done that you turn the propane off. We provide a starter amount of propane. Any request for additional propane is subject to charge.
• Please feel free to use the pizza oven during your stay with us. Here is a quick few how to steps to assist with the process: 1) Turn on the Gas Fireplace with the gas key that can be found above the oven. 2) Insert the gas key into the slot and turn it to to release the gas. 3) Ignite the oven by using the lighter stick. 4) Place wood on either side of the pizza oven for optional heat distribution. While the oven is designed to function without wood, adding it significantly reduces cooking time. Please note without wood: Cooking the pizza may take up to 2 ½ hours due to slower heating.
• There is a grapefruit orchard on the property, we ask that you and your guests do not pick them.
• There is a stray cat that you will see at the property from time to time, he does not live there but frequently visits the home.
• We supply starter amounts of dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. We do not replenish supplies or exchange linens during your stay. Your rental will be stocked with basic cookware, drinkware, dishware & utensils.  If you need something specific, you can reach out prior to arrival to see if we have it available. We cannot guarantee special cookware items if you are needing a specific appliance we suggest bringing it with you.
